Knxwledge puts a new spin on vintage Meek Mill verses on ‘MEEK.VOL1_’

Knxwledge has lengthy discography that includes work with the likes of Anderson .Paak, Kendrick Lamar, Curren$y and many more, but some of his most potent magic can be heard deep within the realm of his Bandcamp archives. The Los Angeles-based producer’s latest effort, MEEK VOL 1, pays homage to the one and only Meek Mill.

The eight-track release is the manifestation of a surprisingly potent combination – Knxwledge’s dusty, sample-heavy, jazzy instrumentation and some of Meek’s most emphatic, cocky verses. I really feel like I’m hearing an entire new Meek project as I listen. I hope that this series lasts for a while. MMG, give this man whatever acapellas he needs!
