Juice turned 25 years old on January 17th. I won’t lie, it’s one of my favorite movies ever. It was Tupac Shakur’s acting debut, but his performance felt so dominant. The movie ended with Bishop, who was played by Pac, falling off a rooftop after a vicious fight with his former friend, Q, who was played by Omar Epps. The 25th anniversary of the iconic movie features plenty of unseen footage. The most important part of the new edition is an alternate ending. In the original version, Bishop slipped out of Q’s hands. In the alternate, Bishop chose to let go after hearing police sirens. He looked Q in the eyes and said, “I’m not going to jail,” before letting go.
The 25th anniversary edition of Juice features more unseen footage, interviews, and more. Watch the alternate ending below.
