Mir Fontane illustrates Camden violence in “Down By The River” visuals
Hip-Hop artists often use their craft as an outlet to inform us about their environment and the events going on in their lives. Mir Fontane tells a story of the street violence in Camden that he has seen growing up.
The Kenif Muse-produced “Down By The River” recounts a tale of a young man’s untimely death, but speaks to a much larger issue plaguing his hometown. This Who’s Watching The Kids single has gained over 200,000 plays and his new visuals will serve as a valuable asset on his ever-growing catalog.
