Latasha Alcindor aims for the head with “Revoke Thee” (Video)

Brooklyn native Latasha Alcindor gets straight to the point with her “Revoke Thee” video. It’s about the bars. The record, which is based on a true story, is tense and aggressive, as L.A. goes straight at the necks of two people in her life who tried to get her caught up.

Latasha explained to Dinner Land that the song is of her Teen Nite At Empire project, which is set to release in early 2017. The project is dedicated to “nostalgia, the adolescence of acting out, bootleg Hot 97 mix tapes and resurgence of femme lyricism and storytelling.”
