Skeme Collabs With Chris Brown For A Powerful “36 Oz” Remix

36 Oz

Inglewood rapper Skeme, drops off a major remix of his “36 Oz” from the Ingleworld 2 project. This time around, Chris Brown adds his touch and the result is on point.

Chris has an added verse, but the major improvement besides his presence on the track was the improved sonics, overall. Skeme’s vocals have improved tremendously on this version. There is less processing and autotune on his voice which I believe gives him a more authentic feel because you can hear more emotion in his voice’s gritty texture. The way the record producers weaved the two artists in and out on the hook was brilliant as it gives them both the chance to shine and makes it feel like a truly collaborative effort.

36 36 36!!! Shoutout @power_106 for the premiere! @justin_credible one them 1’z and 2’z goin brazy!

“Chris and I recorded in the same studio for most of the last two years,” he explained in an email to The FADER. “He heard ’36 Oz’ while he was touring and was playing it every night. When he came back home he just told me he wanted to add to the record, and now we have it.”

Ingleworld 3 hits stores November 13 and is available for pre-order right now.
